When ferryboats
arrive and unload, the area is busy and
it is enjoyable to follow the colourful
scene from the restaurants terrace. Later
the day and especially at night, there
is complete silence except the wind and
some sea-birds at the shore.
Banks, the
town hall and maior shops are reached in
10 min walking.
By Taxi it
just takes 5 min to the health centre or
any other place in the little of Porto
Novo.
The little
beach of Curalettes,
suitable for swimming, means a walk of
20 min along the coastline.
In 2006,
kitchen and restaurant were renovated from
scratch. The menue has good international
and capeverdian meals to offer to restaurant
guest. Travellers on their way from and to
the boats get a variety of snacks.

well equipped witht TV,AC, Frigobar and
shower/WC.
